If you are not happy with your purchase of a Miracle Blanket for ANY REASON we will refund 100% of your purchase including shipping (**basic, outgoing shipping cost only – we can’t refund express fees**) within 30 days of your purchase. Unlike others, we will refund your purchase even if the reason for your return is that you didn't like the look of the label! AND IT IS OKAY IF THE BLANKET IS USED AND NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION! DEFECTS:
If your blanket has any type of manufacturer defect, we
will replace the blanket at any time, forever.
DAMAGE:
If your blanket is damaged in any way - even if you run
it through your paper shredder – we will replace
the blanket at any time for up to five months after your
original purchase.
TO REPLACE:
If you need a replacement because of damage or defect,
email us a picture of the damage and we will let you
keep the original until the replacement arrives – we
know it’s hard to live without the blanket while
waiting for the replacement. If you can't provide a photo,
simply mail the blanket to us and we will send a replacement
as soon as we receive it (please include a note with the
order number telling us what you would like us to do).
If you fail to return the original blanket within 30 days, we will bill
your credit card for the new blanket plus an administrative fee of $10.00.
It's important for us to get the old ones back not only because we need to protect ourselves from inadvertently giving out free blankets but also because
we fix up the returns and donate them to charities that work with specially-challenged babies. So please remember to send the original blanket back when the replacement arrives.
The only reason we would reject a return: If you use the Miracle Blanket, and like it, but your baby grows out of it after successful use (yes, we actually get requests like this) we do not offer a refund of your money. All babies eventually outgrow the Miracle Blanket and like any soft textile that gets heavily used and frequently washed for four months, it will eventually wear out. We guarantee it will last long enough for one baby to use it from birth to four months - and it is not intended for use past four months since we don't recommend tight swaddling of any kind after that age. Most customers who use it on second and third babies do find it lasts long enough even for those (especially if they line-dry it instead of tumble-drying it), but since it's not made of steel we can't consider it a manufacturing defect if it wears out on a second or third baby. :)
RETURNING FOR REFUND:
1) Within 30 days of delivery of the blanket, send the

2) Include a note stating the name on the credit card used for the purchase and your phone number. Also mention that you would like a refund. Note: Although it’s not required, we would love to know the reason for the return.

** When a blanket is returned we refund “Basic shipping”. This is the cost to ship the blanket to you from us after you place your order. This means we refund more than the “return shipping”, which is the shipping from you to us in the case of a return. Most other companies refund return shipping only if they refund shipping at all. We refund basic/outgoing shipping because we want to take better care of our customers than ALL of our competitors who refund the cheaper return shipping, then keep a “restock fee” and demand that you return the merchandise in brand new condition in the original packaging. If you would prefer that we refund the lesser return shipping instead, let us know. We’ll do anything to satisfy our customers.
